A Special Message to Our Customers Concerning the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic

Live Oak Pest Control is closely monitoring the rapidly changing information on COVID-19. As an essential service provider, our family is fully committed to providing our services to your family during this pandemic and to maintain the safety and sanitation of your home and business while adhering to the CDC’s guidelines. Please know that the well-being of our customers and employees is our primary concern and we are fully committed to ensuring safety for all.

All Live Oak Pest Control employees have been instructed to closely follow the recommendations of the CDC for protecting themselves and others around them. These recommendations include but are not limited to, the exposure of sick individuals, frequent and thorough hand washing and sanitization, knowing the signs and symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and more. We have not experienced any issues at Live Oak Pest Control regarding COVID-19 but are fully prepared to activate the mandatory 14-day quarantine for any employee who exhibits symptoms or is diagnosed with COVID-19.

Live Oak Pest Control is doing our part and taking the following safety measures in response to COVID-19:

• Provided each employee with hand sanitizer and gloves
• Disinfect all shared equipment and common work surfaces – daily
• Any employee who exhibits respiratory illness, or who has a household member exhibiting any symptoms is prohibited from working
• All meetings and events have been cancelled through May 1st
